Suggestion advice

I've been browsing the forums for the past hour now, and I can't seem to figure this out:

all the RPGs are a little bizarre, and I just want to do some simple Pokemon storytelling
what I have in mind isn't exactly fan-fiction, but more of simply a place where you can just talk about your OC
create a biography for them, give them a real background other than the few tid-bits the Gamemasters ask for
there aren't any "games" or "missions" that you have to complete, just describe your characters adventure in each other the four counties of the Poke world
if there is already a forum like this that I have overlooked, please help me find it
if not, may I create it? and in which section should I do so?

I guess you could say that

there aren't any requisites once you start, so it's not a traditional role-playing game
but there is also no definitive storyling, so it isn't exactly fan-fiction

I intend to write mine like a journal

since I haven't heard from either of the admins I contacted, I'm going to go ahead and post it under RPGs
and if they want, they can move in to fan-fiction

you can expand on pre-existing OCs, or you can start from scratch with a new one
I posted a prologue in the Fan Fiction section
in the actual thread, I will only be posting small updates as if I were writing in a journal
I will also remain "in-character" without exception; anyone wanting to converse to me in that thread will have to post a message as if it were a letter addressed to me (and at the top it should read "Bird-Pokemon delivered a message to Eryk")
