After a year's time...

Yes, it's true that I've been gone for a year exactly. Let me just say this before I leave again.

I never really consciously left this place, but I became occupied with school at this time last year, and it became more and more inconvinient to return. After experiencing a year without having to worry about keeping up with Bulbagarden, I realized that it was much less stressful than if I had. Please don't get me wrong; I love this place dearly. I grew a lot here, and though I was a jerk and n00b when I first arrived, I think we all would concur that I improved a lot. XD Thanks, everyone for teaching me so much. The discussions here, no matter what the topic, are the best on any board I've even frequented.

Another reason why I've decided to leave is that although I still love Pokemon, I can't keep up with all of the expansion of Pokedom. Sometimes, I have trouble remembering the names of RS pokes, I don't have a DS, and I haven't watched AG or HoSo in eons. I guess you could call me an old school punk.

Returning now, it feels very nostalgic, and I will certainly miss this place. However, it's going to take a lot to convince me to stay this time. Once again, thank you for all the memories here, and I wish I could stay.
 
You should at least post in the more general forums or the game threads...fanworks?

Argy: Thinking that I've leaving permanently, it kind of makes me sad, so maybe I will drop a visit once in a while. Good to see you again.

Alex-san: I'll still keep up with you through DA! Even though I rarely comment on your art, I always look at it. ^_~ I know you don't use your LJ anymore, but I'll still be around.

Sceptile: Well, let's see...I don't know how open I was about my philo-semitism/judeophilia a year ago... I was Haruka May and John Kerry at one of those Halloween parties, I used to do sig themes and roleplay...

Zhen Lin and Ket would probably be glad to know that my Japanese has improved, too. ^^;; I still have a lot to learn, though.

And as can be told from my sig and user info...I'm still a Massachusetts fangirl, and I've finally been there. XD; I guess I was more obsessive back then, or something.
 
You seem fairly interesting. I wish I could remember you better, maybe I didn't
hang out where you were normaly posting. Well I like your honesty and it's not
that we expect you to be around 24/7, but it's nice to acknowledge your
reason for being less active.

Does this mean your a lurker now? lol

Aww, Hitchi-chan... you were one of the first people to message me. I still wasn't offended. ^_~ And you gave me my nickname! I'm glad we met here.
 
Yeah, I was such a n00b back then, but now, that's one of my favourite pokemon pairings. ^^; And yay! You're still Pikki Zuka. Cute avatra, by the way. ^^;

I'm glad that you returned to say why you left BMGf, because I wondered. I can understand how things get busy and keeping up with this forum can take a lot of time. I prefer to lurk more than to post. :o

Anyway, I'm happy that you've at least returned once again, even if you won't be able to stick around. I miss our old-skool SQSA thread with TRF-chan (she's returned once or twice here...), and all the jokes we came up with (long lost twin, Jakotsu... there were so many that I can't remember them all...).

I hope that you'll have time to stop by again. And like I said... you'll always be my long lost twin! XD

Yume!!!! Yes, we shall be. I kinda gave up that whole seiyuu dream I had because I know I can never do it. Oh yes, I remember...Arizima's German/Irish dog, Karasu's rainbow bra at pizza hut...oh yes, good times. I miss you all!

Oh, and Alex-san, ToS is my favourite game, too. <3 I cosplay as Colette.
