I do not know what Cartoon Network UK is playing at recently. Apparently, even five episodes a week isn't good enough for them. Anyway, we know know that Linoone! The Shape of Friendship?! is called Showdown At Linoone! in the dub... which makes about as much sense.

Not a bad pun title. It does make sense, and doesn't sound as bad as some of hte other one's we've seen recently. :P

It would make sense if Linoone was a place. But as I doubt that is the dub name for the setting...

Hmm, you do have to give the dubbers credit for the name...Not many things can come out of Linoone. Replacing "High Noon" with Linoone was pretty good on their part. :P

They could have just not gone with a pun.

I've changed the title to reflect the fact that we will hopefully have dub info on all episodes up to and including the Masamune episode by the end of the week.

That is quite a scary fact.

I wonder if they'll keep Masamune's name 'cause of his design.

And also if that huge Onigiri will stay.

And also if the Munchlax episode will be as funny with a worse voice. ^^

AG112: The Wynaut of Mirage Island
EP390: Who, What, When, Where, Wynaut?

Well... they already used up the simple Why? Wynaut?.

Ok how sad am I, I kinda like that title. At first glance I was like wtf though I'll admit.

As I suspected, Ash puts an emphasis on each word.

The character of the day, (who would look like a woman without the facial hair,) is called Roderick.

Aw, I was hoping that May would say the title of the Wynaut ep. They should really have her say the titles for the Contest eps. and other eps that she stars in like this one. She does it in the Japanese version, she should do it here too.

The only other time that I can remember where Ash didn't say the episode title was the 3rd or so episode, "Ash Catches a Pokémon!" :P

Didn't one of the girls read the title for "Princess vs. Princess?"

And I'm sure that Jessie read the title for at least one non-Chronicles episode.

That's a point. When May is out of the series and gets her own housou, then she can read the title card. :-p

But I wouldn't call her the star of the episode. She is more the damsel in distress.

That's just toward the end of it, May is the star for most of the episode, saving Drew from drowning, etc.

But like I said, doesn't Haruka announce the episode titles for her Contests in Japan? And a lot of other episodes too?

I'd like May to do that in the english version too, and since both Ash and May are voiced by Veronica Taylor, it'd be the same voice actor reading the title anyway, so no big deal there.

AG113: Rollout! Loving Donphan!
EP391: Date Expectations

'Kay...

"Date Expectations?"

Lol, sounds like a triple meaning for the two Donphan in love in that episode, the Ash/May moment, and the fact that May has to hurry up and register for her final contest.

Thank you 4kids!

I think it's more to do with the Donphan... (Max calls it the "dating season" at one point.)

The character of the day is called Carlos.

They must've realized that "Love, _____ Style" has been used 3 (4?) times already.
