Ehh, with the banner itself, nothings wrong, but I'd advice you to read the sig rules and sig police. Sigs may only be 400 pixels weith. If they're bigger, your sig could get deleted. I'd advice you to take a part out of the middle and put the text on it again.
And you're not allowed to upload on the forums. Try to find someone who can host you, or create your own account.
