Alakazam invasion

So the topic about Pokémon driving cars reminded me of this idea that I had a while ago... I think in the Pokémon world it would be extremely likely for the Alakazam to overthrow humans and take over the world.

The Alakazam are extremely smart, with IQs so high that we wouldn't even be able to measure them with an IQ test. Surely smarter than any human. And an intelligent being would not be okay with being enslaved by a human (even if it was friends with the human, it wouldn't want to be confined to a Poké Ball and forced to go everywhere that that human wants to go with no say in the matter and being forced into battle just to win for the human). So it's highly likely that they'd revolt. Either to make themselves equal or to overthrow us.
Now think about why humans are the dominant species on Earth. Its because we have technology... for example, we have guns that we could use to defend ourselves with if gorillas attempted to take over, and if we didn't have the guns then it would certainly be possible for a gorilla to just beat up humans and take over (because they are stronger than us), that is, if they were smart enough to do so. Here's the thing... Alakazam are extremely smart and would be able to create technology and weapons that are way more sophisticated than our own. And in addition to that, our guns would probably have no effect on Alakazam since it's Psychic and can put up a Barrier or Teleport away or use its Psychic powers to stop the bullets if it's shot at. Whether we are completely wiped out or imprisoned or not disturbed at all or whatever is all up to the Alakazam to decide on.

And here's a bonus for them if they do take over... they are human-shaped and relatively the same size. So once the take over is over, they could just use all of our stuff. Our houses, our cars (not sure why they'd need cars though), all of our tools / appliances, our TVs, our clothes, just about everything that they may want that they don't feel like making, they'd have access to.
 
Not to mention with the new Telekinsis power they can just sent the bullets right back at them (Then again they were always able to do that. Sabrina's Kadabra in Kanto Anime anyone, she sent Pikachu's thunderbolt right back at him and shaped it like an electric monster), and it was just a KADABRA! Imagine what it is now if it evolved. Sabrina's Alakazam must be unstoppable she's probably an Elite four by now becoming a psychic one.


But anyways it's not too far fetch to think Alakazam could overthrow them and make humans their slaves. Sounds like a good RP idea... *hinthint*RPIDEA!*hinthint*

Then again even with their technology all Pokemon could overthrow the humans if they were smart enough. Funny thing is, the weakest lot in the Pokemon universe.. Are the humans. There will be no Sabrina, Cynthia, Lance, Aldor, Drake, Steven, Lucy, Flannery, Clair, Whitney (No matter how strong her Miltank is), Misty... Not even Ash if every single Pokemon alive decided to revolt (Pikachu Revolts anyone? The episode I mean, there was an Alakazam in that I believe).

Hell Caterpie, Weedle and Wurmple probably could cause chaos by using their string shot (Or poison for the latter two) to tie humans up or destroy others. Magikarp, Kakuna, Metapod, Casoon and Silcoon may be the only ones who can't do much at all. Everyone else?

The Legendaries would utter destroy the planet leaving nothing but hell and destruction. Imagine a gang of Gyarados or Hyreigons, you think they will able to stop much?

Infact the anime has shown how devasting they can be, even weapons don't always work.. Tentacruel in his first episode debut. All the Psychic, Ghost and probably Dark types have the chance to fling or become hard to hit. Poison just needs to smarten up and actually poison their water supplies, none will be the wiser. Steel types well bullets will just fling off them. Fire types will burn everything, water types can just wash everything away, ice types will just turn the world into an Ice Winter Nightmare. Dragons can be devasting, Ground can destroy things from underground, rocks won't be effected by much and can crush them..

Yeah, the Pokemon World better hope the Pokemon don't ever all team up on them and attack them, because if they do. The Pokemon Universe is screwed. Imagine the army? Steel and Rock types in front to stop the bullets and any flamethrowers. At the end are the bug types, and the middle are Poison types while the grounds just sneak towards them.


Someone should make this a Roleplay right now. Or a fanfic, RP is better though. Pokemon Revolution, Pokemon Revolts! The Invasion of the Alakazam. (Oh another point, if they overthrew everyone, they would convince Pokemon to work for them or even use their hypnosis or something to mind control them to be their army).
 
Metagross supposedly are really smart, too. With the brain of a supercomputer. They're also part Psychic.

So what if Alakazam rode on Metagross to get around, like humans use vehicles? They'd be like huge metal guard dogs. Alakazam could certainly take over the world then.

It'd be like some whacky sci-fi movie.
 
But now I lay the question, why would they do it?
They aren't exactly bothered or disturbed in the wild. They are treated well when tamed (outside a few battles ...) and by doing this whole revolution, they'd need a great willpower to energy to keep the humans at by, since we're at an extremely bigger number than them.
 
Oh yeah I thought about Metagross later and thought he and Alakazam could pair up and destroy everything.

Chibi- Hm good question, I am making a RP of something like it now, inspired by the OP which they don't like being contained in the pokeballs, or forcing to fight others. It doesn't make too much sense I suppose but when did Pokemon ever make sense, there are Pokemon who are still loyal to their trainers or disagree with this method as I imagine it would be if it was done.

Sinnoh myths say that Pokémon would always be ready to help humans after an event in the past. Check Platinum Version Canalave Library for it.

Given that most myths in Pokémon have proven true(Legendary Pokémon, Mystri Stage, Ruins of Alph, etc), I think that stands alone as proof that no takeover is going to happen.

Grest RP idea, though.
 
Maybe human race in Pokemon world is Dark-type or immune to Psychic powers whatsoever (I'm not counting anime here.) Still that doesn't explain why Alakazam don't have technology to rule human race.

Maybe it's simply against their peaceful religion (the church of spoons) Or it is due to several thousands years of brainwashing by human race.
 
Mainly because the Alakazam are peaceful and see mutual cooperation as the best state for Humanity and Pokémon instead of all out war.
 
But the invasion of Alakazam would inevitably end.
