Alakazam Noob

Hi, I wanted to know what would be a better nature to have for an ALakazam that i plan on not EV trainnig. I either want a timid or Modest Alakazam, so which would be a better nature choice?

Alakazam can pretty much outrun most pokemon without a beneficial nature for speed. I'd say go Modest.

i say different go timid, it can sweep most pokemon so go with the safe route and outrunning all pokemon except the 5 non-ubers from the top 15 fast pokemon.

millstones to look for:

300+ hp
340+ special attack
370-372 speed: absolute must

ev spread:

200-210 hp evs depending on the IV in hp, this is to ensure alakazam gets 301 hp so it can survive 3 hits from blissey's toss

252 speed evs, to ensure it gets 370-372 if the IV in speed is either 31. 30 or 29

rest on special attack
