Earth has only several thousand people remaining on it. James Moritz in the year 2014 found a cure for cancer. Every form of it. 24 hours after injection all cancer would be eradicated. Cure-X subject to gorilla and human testing was going to be backed millions by the government. James was going to go down in history

Human test subject Anthony Gray weeks after testing felt great. He was 67 and his cancer had stopped him playing baseball with his grand kids. Finally he could do so. Everything was looking good for him. Until a week later when he got a cold. Just a cold nothing less nothing more. The cold stayed with him for weeks. It got worse and worse. He was developing more and more symptoms. Everything got worse. He wished his cancer was back. Anthony was living in hell. A never ending pain followed him for months. Hospitals couldn't find anything wrong with him even though he was obviously sick. Antibiotics were failing. This strange virus was killing him. Forcing him to suffer an incredibly long death. Three months later Anthony was killed by the virus.
After Anthony's death the disease still remained inside of him. The disease reached his brain three days later, the day of his funeral.
Hymns were being sung as people mourned over Anthony's tragic death. The Paul bearers picked up his bland wooden coffin and slowly walked down to his grave on the grim, rainy day.
CRACK
A hand slammed through the coffin. And another. Anthony smashed through his coffin with ease. People started running away. Anthony's body was still decayed and dead, but he was being animated by something... The body which formerly belonged to Anthony felt a weird feeling. Hunger... It saw the people running away and knew they were its prey. The new host of the body was struggling with the whole movement thing however it managed to find a quick and efficient hobble which could catch up to the little ones. After minutes of chase, it grabbed someone. Food at last. Without further ado it bit into the small human. The child wasn't killed, surprisingly... Or was it? His eyes rolled back into his head and he released his bowles. But he was moving. Or, rather, hobbling.

You are a member of the group "Nexus" who are taking refuge in a Walmart. The group have been informed that there is a project going on thirty miles away which is looking to eradicate all zombies and restart the human race. You and the other players must get to this place without being killed by the thousands of infected and discover the true meaning behind the project

APPEARANCE: Charlie stands at 6"2 tall and is fairly slim yet muscular. He has messy black hair on his head which he never bothers styling. He is quite handsome however his face bears many scars and cuts from many fights with zombies. He has a slight tan however it isn't recognisable from a distance. He has chocolatey brown eyes with his largest scar residing just above his right eye. His nose is very wonky from being broken several times in his past.
NATIONALITY: English
PERSONALITY: Charlie is a born leader. He is confident, daring and very decisive. However he has very average intelligence and is very bad at making things. Charlie is very cocky and over confident at times. He is extremely good at hand to hand combat and skilled with fire arms as well.
HISTORY: As a child Charlie was never interested in school. He was intelligent but never used his intelligence well. All he seemed to be interested in was his taekwondo and karate. Martial arts was the only outlet he had for all of his anger, and believe me when I say Charlie got angry. A lot. He failed sixth form and straight afterwards found a 9-5 office job. At this job he found his future wife, Stacey. Anyway, after several years at the company he was promoted to be a team leader and he excelled. He was working a dream job and had a beautiful wife and kids, what could go wrong? His wife died in a car crash. That is what could happen. So Charlie took his two daughters to New York so they could live with his very successful sister. When the disease started spreading his sister got bitten and killed one of his daughters, Jayne, and severely injuring the other, Susie. He and Susie left New York and found a lonely Walmart in the middle of a highway. They decided to take refuge there and upon moving in he found other survivors living in the Walmart. The survivors worked together but lacked a leader, so he stood up to the plate.
Last month his daughter was playing outside the walmart with other kids before being devoured by an infected. Charlie has sworn to kill any and all infected he comes across.

WEAPON OF CHOICE: Shotgun. He loves his shotgun more than anything.
