If you're a dub fan like me looking for the best quality ways to watch the dub, I have good news!
Disney XD's On Demand App now has every season of Pokemon the Series.
It also has Movies 3, 16, 19, and 20
Of course this wouldn't contain banned episodes like Holiday Hi-Jynx for example.
Also for some odd reason, XY uses the UK versions
For qualities
Season 1: 1080p/480p
Season 2-12: 480p
Season 12-19: 720p
Season 20: 1080p

This is really cool news. Dub fans have wanted episodes more readily available online for quite some time. Pokemon.com does contain full episodes, but the fact that they rotate them every week isn't quite the same thing as having every episode available. If you miss an episode, you'll just have to wait until they cycle through the series again. I'm kind of surprised in a way that Disney XD would do this if only because of how many episodes there are to put up on their website. That's one reason why I didn't think we'd get every episode available on one website, but I'm glad that they did. Another legal way to watch the series is always good. Plus, if people can't or don't want to buy the DVD sets, some of which would probably be out of print by this point as well, then they can just watch the series on Disney XD's website or On Demand section.

This is awesome. I actually already had the Disney Now app downloaded to watch other shows, and realized the other day they had quite a lot of Pokémon episodes uploaded. The fact that they now have every dub episode available is really cool!

I've been wanting to re-watch DP and BW for a while, but wasn't interested in shelling out money on DVDs or waiting for Pokémon TV to cycle back around to the beginning of each series. Now knowing I can go on Disney's app and start from the beginning whenever I want is super convenient.

Though I wouldn't necessarily label myself as a dub fan by any means, I watch the dub on occasion so this is a pleasant surprise. Also, I'm more accustomed to the dub of older seasons (though I have seen a few episodes in the original Japanese) so it will be really convenient to re-watch those and a nice activity to do during the holidays.

Regardless of what I tend to watch or prefer, I think it is fantastic for people who predominantly prefer the dub or who simply enjoy the dubbed series to have this resource, especially as Islander Princess it can be impractical/expensive to dig for DVDs.

Is it confirmed that they won't have Holiday Hi-Jynx, Stage Fight, and Mandarin Island Mis-Match?

Man, what's taking the dub so long to dub the purple version of Holiday Hi-Jynx?
What excuse do they even have? Other than laziness.

There actually are dubs of them. However, they are considered banned and Pokemon won't talk about them

@lavandula I could be wrong on this, but according to the Bulbapedia page, the dubbed version was the original version of the episode; the recolored version was never dubbed over. As TPCi would probably not have the rights to 4Kids' dub audio, they cannot simply redub it over and it is for the best that the original dubbed version is not put on as it is offensive. So, therefore TPCi would probably desire to skip it altogether.

Oh I see... so it's actually difficult/ impossible to use the dub audio then.

I wonder how much it takes if they dub an entirely new one?
Is voice acting in USA gig based like Japan?

I actually recall seeing Holiday Hi-Jynx on Boomerang a few years back. It recorded to my DVR. I thought it was a mistake but nope, it was the actual episode. And it was definitely the original, not the recolored version.

That was definitely weird though. I wouldn't bet on that episode showing up in the Disney app.

I wouldn't want them to air the black Jynx on any apps. It would hurt Pokemon's reputation, and also offend some people.

But I don't see any harm in airing the purple Jynx episode.
Maybe they think that it's not worth the effort?

Most likely. It would probably be easier to take the 4Kids episode and recolor Jynx themselves than to redub the episode, but it would probably be more of a hassle than they'd want to deal with. Why bother going back to edit or redub one episode when they always have more recent episodes to work on that tie into the more recent games? They could afford to do it, but there wouldn't be much demand for it and they can spend their money and effort on the current series. At least it's a filler episode. Just imagine if they didn't recolor Jynx by AG. They could have skipped May's fifth Hoenn ribbon to avoid showing Jynx.

I remember hearing about Boomerang airing the original Holiday Hi-Jynx episode too. It was certainly unexpected, even with the channel airing older Pokemon series at the time.

I think Season 21 in Pokemon will be called: "Pokemon Sun and Moon: Battles of the Ultrabeasts"
