All Around,random Shiny Ev'd Team

So here's my team for battling(random matchup,wifi,etc)and I think it's pretty good,but idk.You guys rate it.

Really,I have no tactics and such for these guys,but can you guys give me any hints for them or so?

Gallade should drop EQ for a status move, probably Thunder Wave or Hypnosis. These are the main options separating it from other fighting types.

Lucario's fine, just max it's speed ev's and give it a life orb.

Breloom should have it's EV's in speed and attack. set is fine.

Either give Salamence a life orb and drop fly for dragon dance and pulse for dragon claw/outrage, or just give it a choice band/scarf with the same move changes. Ev's should be put in attack and speed.

Give starmie leftovers or a life orb, possibly dropping psychic for recover. Max out it's speed ev's.

Vanilluxe's should use a choice scarf and drop taunt for either Hidden Power dark or Blizzard. Ev's should be invested in speed and special attack.
