Who would win in a battle out of all game rivals?

For me, Paul seems like the best out of Ash's rivals.

Gamewise maybe Blue Oak.

Well, Paul undoubtedly for the anime. The game is harder to tell. Blue has the highest achievement any of them ever accomplished: actually winning the league before you. Level-wise, though, I think Barry still outranks him.
