Pikachu looked interesting then I thought, before it changed looks.
 
This is a beauty, if you see how hard it was in that time to make decent sprites:

People who I fought back them with my Leaf Green always screamed in terror when they saw this...

in my team before. It didn't help the fact that is was lvl 100 also...

The only Water Pokemon I know would could survive a Thunder from a lvl 100 Pikachu when this guy was only lvl 80 and laughed because it only did 1/4 of his HP was lost (Generation I)
