American region Pikachu-themed New 3DS XL to be available: To be released November 18

Play-Asia is selling an American region Pikachu Edition New Nintendo 3DS XL. It is expected to ship on the same day Pokémon Sun and Moon are released in North America, November 18, 2016.

Is it not being or going to be sold anywhere else? Play-Asia prices are a bit salty... and I remember their shipping was causing a lot of problems to their customers a few years ago, that's why I stopped buying there.
