Suggestion An IV Breeding Discussion/Help Thread

There doesn't seem to be one in the games section, and I feel like there should be. There are threads for RNGing, SRing, the Masuda method, and more, and I think this is big enough that it deserves one.

No, that thread's not related to IV breeding discussion at all. That's for battles determining the IV's.
