Generation 9 Angry Terastallization Eyes?

You know, the little “angry eyes” that appear inside the center most Terastal crystal on the “forehead” of the crystal crown?

Did they ever explain these? I never got to play all of Teal Mask or Indigo Disc so it’s possible I just missed the explanation but… it kinda seems like something that never got paid off? Is it related to Terapagos? It doesn’t really feel consistent with its design, so I wouldn’t think so… but… idk.

Does this get addressed?

iirc they're never mentioned ingame, but notably, stellar form terapagos's crown has a miniature normal form terapagos with angry eyes. my personal guess is they're just a fun little detail to emphasize terastallization's connection to terapagos
