anime catch up help

i've just come back to the anime after a nearly 5 year hiatus. was wondering

if anyone had a list of plot episodes and episodes of intrest(good fillers) from johto onwards

and where do you get the subs for the latest episodes

sorry if this thread is pointless but i have alot of free time and would like to catc up with pokemon
