Wow they're actually using standard competitive battling rules, though I don't see the point of having a "You can only have one of these..." list for the teams. Having multiple of the same Pokemon will just work to hinder most people, though I guess setting out a second Garchomp after their Garchomp counter is dead could prove deadly.

I find it funny that all the Trio members except for Azelf are restricted. I also see that Deoxys-E is not banned, nor restricted; makes you wonder why it wasn't banned along with its other formes. I also wonder if Platinum movesets would be allowed in this. Overall, I might be interested in attending this if I am allowed to seeing as it's been the only one I've seen that actually has some knowledge of competitive battling.

It's not multiple of the same Pokémon, it's multiple Pokémon from that list.

I too don't see the point of banning Deoxys DNA but not S. Maybe they forgot to list it and Azelf...

Speed is purportedly not as broken as Defense, Attack, nor Normal, but through firsthand experience, I conclude that Speed forme is still very broken.

Why is this reported? Nearly every con has an event like this, at least all the cons I've ever been to.
