I just thought. If the main pokemon on the anime had the in game natures or personalties, what ones would fit them best? I think for example Oshawott/Mijumaru would have a rash personality because he likes to jump out of his pokeball and into battle without really thinking and then sometimes realizes he can't win and pushes pikachu in his place. Maybe those characteristic things based on in game ivs as well like Scraggy/Zuruggu would have "likes to thrash about" since he headbutts everything.

What do you all think?

I think some people have tried to do that, although the game's natures are too specific in a lot of cases. Which one would fit Pikachu? Brave? Lax? Modest? Adamant? If the giveaway Ash's Pikachus had a specific nature, I don't know about it. That's only one of the more complex ones I could think of, there's more, I'm sure. It just can't be done.

Ash's Pokemon

Pikachu - Naughty, Strongly Defiant
Pidove - Hardy, Highly Curious
Oshawott - Quirky, Somewhat of a Clown
Tepig - Lonely, Hates to lose
Snivy - Sassy, Thoroughly Cunning
Scraggy - Hasty, Quick Tempered
Swadloon - Impish, Mischievous
Palpitoad - Not seen enough of him yet to really judge. Maybe Jolly and Proud of its power?
Roggenrola - Erm, er, well, huh... Alert to sounds?

Cilan's Pokemon

Pansage - Brave, A little quick-tempered.
Dwebble - Timid, Highly persistent
Stunfisk - Quiet, Likes to thrash about

Iris' Pokemon

Axew - Naive, Quick to flee
Excadrill - Adamant, Somewhat stubborn
Emolga - Lax, Often dozes off.
