hi (first post here so please excuse me for anything wrong(like this bit))

can anyone tell me where you can watch all the diamond and pearl episodes subbed without having to download them

The anwser is: nowhere. There isn't a fansub group that releases Pokemon subs on a weekly/regular basis. (If there is one out there, please let me know ^_^)
Secondly, watching video without downloading implies streaming video. This requires massive funds for storage and bandwidth, which none fansub group would have.
