Hi, peoples! :banana:
I'm making an fanmade anime RPG featuring characters from different anime, manga and RPGs. It will be like Pokemon, but with anime characters, referred to as Halfborns (based on my fanfiction on fanfiction.net). The game is called Halfborns- Shining Gold and Shining Silver. I need help with my characters! If you want to see your favorite characters in this game, put them up here. I'll try to post the game someplace when my game is done. If Bulbaforums doesn't allow it, I'll find someplace! (and yes, Bulbapedia moderators and copyright lawyers, copyrights for all characters will be in the credits)

If this character was a type of Pokemon, what type would they be?
Character's personality
Character's Picture (If the character ages or undergoes a permanent outfit change, pretty much if they undergo a permanent redesign, put all their pictures here. Your character may "evolve" in the game! If your character is from some hidden little series and has no official art, fanart of them is accepted, but I prefer official art, screenshots or manga or video game covers if possible)
But wait! There are some rules here.
1- The highest rating for the series must be PG-13. No R rated series, no M rated video games, no yaoi, no hentai. I mean it.
2- The character must be between the ages of 7 and 22. No old men, no babies, no exceptions. If your character "evolves or devolves", the new forms must meet the age requirement- I don't want to hear adult Goku! He is married and has kids! He's not between seven and twenty-two, people! Just a reality check.
3- The character must be human (or at least human-like).
4- You may recommend entire main casts by naming their series, but you have to tell me what it's about, AND I have the right to pick whichever characters I want from this series. Some will not make the cut, mainly because I'll run out of space or they don't meet the rules.
5- Your picture(s) must be G rated. If you think it may be PG, don't bother posting.
6- No original characters! Don't even think about posting all your Mary Sues from your Death Note fanfics! I don't want to hear about your fanmade character who's Naruto's girlfriend. Canon characters only please!
7- The type you put is subject to change. I've had this idea for a while and made several character files already. If you name a character I already have, his/her type may change. So, if you think you are going to whine about that, don't post. Have self control.
8- Max. 150 characters. I'm not a robot. I think I'll be able to handle that many, but no more, and some will be bosses you cannot play as. Your character might not make the cut. Please don't whine. I'll try to fit as many people's characters as I can.
9- If you want your character to be a boss, include that in your submission. Otherwise, the Great and Powerful Ash Fangirl will select the bosses. I can't make your character a boss if you don't tell me you want him/her to be one!
10- Don't keep submitting over and over. That's spam. If you have more than one character, there's no rule saying you can't put them all in one post. Please do that instead of posting a thousand times.
11- I understand if this fourm gets big, it could be hard to go back and check what characters have been named, so there may be repeat characters. The FIRST PERSON TO SUBMIT takes the cake unless I have plans elsewhere. Sorry, fokels. It's first come, first served.
12- Sorry there are so many rules, but there has to be, otherwise this form would be a thousand pages of OCs and characters from hentai.
Oh yea, and thou shall do the chicken dance before posting. (just kidding, lol):banana:
