Like many sections on Bulbagarden, the Pokemon Anime section is introducing a Simple Questions and Simple Answers thread. Please use this thread when you have a quick question that doesn't really need its own thread. Some key examples would be as follow:
"What song is this/is it it available on a CD?"
"What episode is this screenshot from?" (This question gets asked a lot in the Caption the Screenshot thread. Instead of asking there, link to the picture and ask in this thread instead)
"What episode is _____ scene from?"
These are just a few examples, but hopefully you get the gist of the types of questions that this thread is for. Remember to stick to just questions and answers, and to not leave your opinion on any of the questions or answers made. Doing this will result in you receiving a Pointless Post infraction.
Before asking a question, please look at the Frequently asked questions that we have made below to see if your question has already been answered by one of us here at the staff. Likewise, if your question hasn’t been answered in that section, please check the rest of the thread to see if somebody has already asked beforehand with a relevant answer.

- Will Ash ever go back for Primeape?
Ash never promises Primeape that he would return for it in either version of the show. It’s possible that he could, but he isn’t obligated to by his word. The narrator is the only one to ever suggest this.
- How old is Ash?
Ash is stated to be 10 years old by the narrator in the first episode of Best Wishes and Black and White.
- What was in the GS Ball?
From Bulbapedia:
- In the third movie short "Pikachu and Pichu", Ash said it was he and Pikachu's one year anniversary. Was that in the Japanese version as well?
Here is the translation of that scene, thanks to Dogasu:
There was no mention of just what year anniversary it was.
