Anna Nicole Smith is dead...

I never liked her, but it's still a tragedy nevertheless.

Am I the only one smelling a major rat here? First her son dies---I think their conclusion of it being an 'accident' is wrong---then she drops. Going into Clue mode here: I always thought that guy, Howard K. Stern, was a sleaze. I think he drugged her son to kill him, then offed her somehow to get her money without the son in the way.

If I were the other guy mixed up in this mess, I'd be fearful for my safety... although, if I'm right and Stern is the mastermind behind all this, he'd be a fool to go for a third kill anytime soon.

Of course, I could be totally wrong, too. Maybe the stress of all the garbage going on with the lawsuits and custody battles and all made her have a heart attack, or she committed suicide. But I really think she was murdered.
 
Let's look on the bright side, at least she's with her loving late husband now.

Ok, ok, sorry. It is pretty tragic, and yes I smell a rat too. It's just too eerie to be a coincidence.
 
It's sad, but it just goes in the long list of untimely celebrity deaths.

And her death was most likely stress-related (maybe a drug OD because she was stressed out). Or maybe it was just stupidity. Only time will tell.
 
I read a report that the maid who found her said she was covered in her own vomit. Apparently she took a children's sedative (how much is not known) and choked on her own vomit. This isn't confirmed, though.

It's a bit strange for someone so young to die, but in the end she won't be missed because she didn't really contribute anything besides being a floozy.
 
While it's sad when anyone dies, I'm already sick of hearing about this. This story has absolutely taken over the news, and the way the media is turning this whole thing into a circus is really rather sad.
 
I'm personally disgusted that people seem to be celebrating her death. She might not have been the world's best human being, but you don't celebrate her death like she was Saddam or something.
 
Her whole life was a media circus, so naturally her death has been one as well.
 
Really? Are drugs that apparent that they unmistakably contributed to her untimely death? I guess I must be out of the loop since a few friends of mine and even my sister suggested that.

I saw this today in my local paper, though her story was a bit obscured on the front page; they barely made a full article on it as much of the details were skewed. While not quite in the detail of Barb's post, the article mentioned Smith being resuscitated by her private nurse to no avail. After medics arrived, she transported to a local hospital where she was pronounced dead (of unknown causes) yesterday afternoon.

While not quite the full verbatim, that's basically what I took from it. I didn't feel right to make any judgments without the full story, so I didn't come to the other possible conclusion. And sure, most of you don't really care so I'm guessing most of this was a wasted effort anyways.

That's what my little brother says, but then I always say... since when did you even care about Anna Nicole?

It is sad though, but her family had its fair share of problems. If she wasn't rich and famous it wouldn't look as suspicious. (Of course I don't want to rule out any possibilites)

Oh Rly, were you disgusted with all of the Steve Irwin jokes? (okay, maybe you were... I think I kind of remember you talking about that ^^; ) I feel more sad for him and his family than Anna Nicole, but I've seen lots more jokes on that. (Though, I admit the mantine picture was very funny, I still got upset by the moking people were doing on other message boards)


I don't mean to pick on your comments, I just have replies to them ^^;;

Drugs and alcohol played a big part in her life; she was a party animal.

Yes, I was quite upset from those. I nearly went postal on Liam for posting that Mantine animation, don't you remember?
