If I forsay had a "writing" like a story non related to pokemon where would I post it? Since I don't have a Blog and am no where close to having one.

You should post stories in The Writer's Workshop, as that's the section for fanfics and writing.
 
You can still get a blog, you have more than 10 posts (11 to be exact). Give it a try. Yet, such story may still fit into Writer's Workshop.
