Any advice for my wanabe hyper team? Please show me your knowledge!

I presently have been playing pokemon platinum and give a very great importance to reforming my team. However, i've been experiencing quite big difficulties in what one would call "beating the elite four" . This is why i ask for your help : i would like to make a great balanced without any types that repeat themselves, and dual types for each pokemon I shall now present pokemon i prefer (favorites or some i had in mind) that you can rate and propose pokemon i could use to complete my wannabe super team (that is say : "well ___ isn't so good but, bla bla, if you absolutly want it, you should also take ____.... you get what i mean). THANKS in a advance!

Ideas:
Wishcash (in training)
Ampharos
Cloyster
Houndoom
Beutifly/Dustox?

Favorites:
Togekiss

(I'd also try to replace the starter pokemon)

If possible, list down their move set and nature.. Is this for online battle or Elite 4? If it's for Elite 4..

Well, to me in a team, Water is one of the most important type.. You can beat 2nd and 3rd Elite with it.. Up to you what pokemon you wanna use though.. Then get it to learn Surf/Waterfall, depends on which status it is better..

Then I don't think you need Abomasnow, since you already have Torterra.. Instead, try get a fire pokemon, which is your Houndoom into the team.. It is half Dark type, you can STAB the 4th Elite..

And of course, get your Luxio to evolve..

evolve luxio and get a houndoom. I've oneshot Aaron's entire team with one (with the obvious exception of Drapion who required two shots.
