Any advice on how to improve my team?

Hey guys, I'm fairly good at most aspects of pokemon games like catching, breeding, and metagame battling. But I haven't had much practice competitive battling with other people so I'm a complete noob strategy wise. I did my research and came up with a pretty good team in my eyes but if you see any changes I should make let me know. This is my team so far:

Golbat @ King's Rock
Calm
100 HP/ 100 Defense/ 106 SPA/ 100 SPD/ 100 Speed
Inner Focus
-Toxic
-Hypnosis
-Venoshock
-Giga Drain

Golbat's my annoyer/drainer and I usually send him out as a starter. Toxic+Venoshock+STAB makes for a really strong move and hypnosis keeps them from doing anything to retaliate.

Tentacruel @ Big Root
Naughty
88 HP/ 120 Defense/ 100 SPA/ 100 SPD/ 100 Speed
Liquid Ooze
-Toxic Spikes
-Giga Drain
-Blizzard
-Supersonic

Tentacruel is my spiker, I added giga drain, supersonic, and blizzard to make him a fairly well rounded Spiker/Annoyer/Drainer/Attacker.

Blissey @ Shell Bell
Serious
152 HP/ 152 Defense/ 152 SPD/ 52 Speed
Natural Cure
-Aromatherapy
-Sing
-Softboiled
-Thunderbolt

Blissey is my Wall/Cleric, with Sing+Thunderbolt in case I'm forced to battle.

Deoxys @ Muscle Band
Lonely
2 HP/ 122 Defense/ 252 SPA/ 134 SPD
Pressure
-Zap Cannon
-Energy Ball
-Brick Break
-Psycho Boost

Deoxys makes for a good sweeper, if I give him some X-attack and Dire Hit while Blissey is out he'll be unstoppable dealing OHKOs constantly.

Lugia @ Iron Ball
Rash
252 HP/ 164 SPA/ 92 SPD
Multiscale
-Earthquake
-Sky Attack
-Hydro Pump
-Future Sight

Lugia is my Bruiser/Tanker, sending him out I can both deal damage and take damage, he's great if I'm battling a strong sweeper. The iron ball allows me to hit flying types with Earthquake.

Darkrai @ Magnet
Hardy
86 HP/ 86 Defense/ 252 SPA/ 88 SPD
Bad Dreams
-Hypnosis
-Haze
-Dream Eater
-Thunder

Darkrai is an interesting one. I can send him in and immediately put my opponent to sleep, dream eater+bad dreams hits my opponent twice every turn he's asleep. Thunder is there if I'm against someone strong against psychic but weak against electric. Haze allows me to easily ruin all the hard work put into my opponents stat-increased sweeper.

So... yeah that's my team. If you have any suggestions to help a noob out please comment :p

You say that this is for competitive battling, but which tier? I tend to assume OU by default, but I see three ubers.

For the above reason and I just don't feel like it, I won't give a full rate, but I'll go ahead and mention a couple glaring things. First of all, items. They could all use a change. If you are using a pokemon that's NFE (Golbat), you ought to be using Eviolite. That being said, I discourage the practice of using hax items at all. Surefire items are usually the better route to go. Also items like the Muscle Band and Magnet are nearly always outclassed by the choice items and life orb.

I won't go into detail here, but be careful of move choices. You've chosen a lot of moves with shitty accuracy and that's going to destroy you in any battle. Personally, I would recommend not using anything with lower than 75% accuracy, though you can occasionally sneak a Hypnosis on there. (And the 75% is just for Will-O-Wisp) And Darkrai gets Dark Void. Dark Void has 80% acc. Hypnosis has 60% acc. Use Dark Void.
