any fans of zatch bell / gash bell?

I was just wondering if there was some fans of zatch bell (konjiki no gash bell) here...
This anime is awesome during the 100 first episodes, but unfortunately gets annoying after.
 
Tell me what you like about this show. I have been considering checking it out for some time, but I need a good excuse to do so.
 
in the begining, it is very funny and we can see the complicity and friendship growing between the 2 partners. Then, the action scenes become really intense.
Maybe you won't like the very first episodes, but the following is great. I like this mix fun/action.

But like i said, after episode 100, it's becoming lame
 
I love Gash Bell~ Kiyomaro & Gash are my favorite characters. ^w^ I love how Gash is voiced by Pikachu's VA. :D
 
I used to be a fan, it was hilarious the first episodes. But, later on, I started to get bored with it. . =/ It happens with a lot of anime with me. But I can still watch scenes from Konjiki no Gash Bell on YouTube and laugh at them. Kiyo is such a dork!

I hope no one minds if I take a shot at answering this question.

The thing I like most about Zatch Bell is the humor. The show is extremely unique in that aspect, a lot of this humor comes in the form of music, there are times when characters will break out into song (even in the middle of battle sometimes) and these are some of my favorite moments.

Here are two examples (at the risk of minor spoilers):

By the way, the first opening (Kasabuta) is really awesome!

It was so funny at this time! too bad they messed up with the Faudo's arc. (I haven't finished yet, i'm on episode 142/150)
 
If they were gunna ruin Folgore's song, they should've never dubbed it! >< They changed to Happy Party Timey Thingy. . -_- Chichi wo Moge is more awesome! And hilarious.
 
Yes. But the whole dubbing of the show is awful. I don't know about the english version, but the French one sucks. The japanese voices are much better.
They also dubbed Folgore's song in french. That gived: "dansons toute la journée! oh oui oh oui!!" which means "let's dance all day long, oh yeah oh yeah" :-(
 
Ick. =[ That's pretty much what the English version says, and I HATE it! That song sucks! ><

Folgore is much better off perverted and hilarious.

No, I haven't. I got bored with it after the longest time of watching it. . It's just how I am, I guess, I usually can't stand an anime after longer than 50-odd episodes. Unless it's Pokemon! =D
 
Well, Gash bell got really boring after episode 100. But the 75 to 100 episodes are just awesome!!!!
 
Damn, there's 100 episodes!? XD Holy crap, dude! I didn't know there were that many.

Actually there are 150. But afer episode 100, it's boring. I haven't seen the end yet, but it's likely to finish in the middle of the story. I mean, i have 8 episodes left to see, and Gash hasn't battled Brago and Zeon yet. That's a shame the anime has to end in a no-end
 
That sounds as unsatisfying as the end of Neon Genesis Evangelion. I saw part of the final episode, and I HATED it. It was so. . Not as good as I thought.

Which makes me upset because I based a lot of on of my fanfiction's arc on Neon Genesis Evangelion. Like my character -- Nevermind, you probably don't care.

No, i do care. But i don't know Neon Genesis Evangelion. What is your fanfiction's arc actually?
