Please rate my team? I never took track of exact IVs and EVs but according to the judge, the IVs are good for the most part.

Manectric @Static (Choice Scarf/Choice Lense/Manectricite)
Thunder
Volt Switch
Discharge
Flamethrower
-- My usual lead, as it can volt switch if in an unfavorable matchup (obviously not against ground types). Its manectricite gives a nice boost, and its able to take hits as it is.

Haxorus @Rivalry (Lum Berry)
Outrage
Dragon Dance (or should i replace with swords dance?)
Guillotine
Substitute
-- Anti-Status. Unnusually quick, so it is usually able to get a substitute in before affected by status. From there, its stat boosts until the substitute is taken out where Outrage is released.

Swampert @Torrent (Mystic Water)
Earthquake
Waterfall
Surf
Ice Beam
-- Kept on team for its typing and nice atk. I dont really know what to do for its moves set.

Spiritomb @Pressure (Black Glasses [dont know what would be a good item])
Hypnosis
Sucker Punch
Shadow Ball
Dream Eater
-- Good for psychic coverage, along with hypnosis and sucker punch, making its move hard to predict.

Steelix @Sturdy (Steelixite)
Heavy Slam
Stealth Rock
Earthquake
Stone Edge
-- My favorite mega, as well as having a good atk + def. Crunch and Roar are very tempting to put in its moveset, however.

Beheeyem @Analytic (Life Orb)
Psyshock
Charge Beam
Energy Ball
Recover
-- This one I got from wonder trade, so I have no idea if everything is legit. Its high sp atk along with low speed + analytic is proven very handy.

Other Considerations:
(Pre-Note: Most didnt make it onto team because they accumulated a large weakness to fire).

Ferrothorn @Iron Barbs (Choice Band/Muscle Band)
Power Whip
Iron Head
Iron Defense
Gyro Ball
--Tough choice between this and Steelix. Its 4x weakness to fire, however, was offputting.

Lilligant @Own Tempo (Big Root/Miracle Seed/Choice Lense)
Quiver Dance
Giga Drain
Toxic
Petal Dance
--Again, fire typing is a big problem. Its high sp atk + own tempo + petal dance is obviously an op combo however.

Hydreigon @Levitate (Dark Glasses)
Crunch
Outrage
Work Up
Substitute
-- Didnt have a good idea for a moveset, so just gave her the same strategy as Haxorus. Removed because haxorus can do it better and Im too lazy to fix its moveset

Dragonite @Inner Focus (Lum Berry)
Outrage
Dragon Dance
Hurricane
Thunder
-- Have i told you how much I love the move outrage? In this case, its defenses and speed are too low to do much.

Gyarados @Intimidate (idk)
Waterfall
Surf
Fireblast
Thunder
-- Dont like its x2 weakness to electric.

Toxicroak @Anticipation (Life Orb)
Poison Jab
Brick Break
Swords Dance
Stone Edge
-- As long as it is faster than its opponent, it will usually deal a ton of damage. But I cant get its speed high enough to outrun everything I need it to, resulting in it being 1 or 2HK'd.

Magicarp @Swift Swim (Magicarpite)
Splash
Explosion
-- I applaud you for reading to this point. Thanks for reading

Garchomp @Sand Veil (idk)
Dragon Rush
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Swords Dance
-- Basically a slightly faster Haxorus with worse defenses, and an annoying sand veil that usually harms my team more than the opponents. Can be good with steelix however.

Serperior @Contrary (Miracle Seed)
Leaf Storm
Hold Back
Wring Out
Giga Drain
-- Mint Condition from the event. I am very tempted to use it, with its awesome ability and Leaf Storm.

So yeah, what do you all recommend I do with this team, or not with it? Thanks for the help, and sorry if this is in the wrong section

Definitely lead with Magikarp w/Magikarpite, jk.

Hmm what battle format is this for, i.e. singles, doubles, VGC? Each format has its own style of playing so if you let us know we can gear our advice more appropriately.

The team is all over the place right now so if you want I can offer some 1-on-1 advice over a conversation tool like Skype or Showdown as I'm available right now. I'm not the best but I can help talk you through your team to get them working together and have a more central strategy.

Don't run Guillotine or other one-hit KO moves when battling competitively, as it only has an accuracy of 30%

EDIT: I'll try to address things in-post as well just in case :p

Manectric @Static (Choice Scarf/Choice Lense/Manectricite)
Thunder
Volt Switch
Discharge
Flamethrower
-- My usual lead, as it can volt switch if in an unfavorable matchup (obviously not against ground types). Its manectricite gives a nice boost, and its able to take hits as it is.
Thunder's 70% accuracy is a bit off-putting, Thunderbolt would be better in that slot but you already have Discharge. Having 3/4 of your moves be Electric takes away from Manectric's capabilities as you'd be forced out of switches more often. Keep Discharge over Thunder/Thunderbolt if you're playing this team in Doubles, otherwise drop Discharge as Thunderbolt gives more power. If you can, go for Volt Switch, Flamethrower, and an Electric move with Hidden Power Ice (if you can) for the last slot. Otherwise go with Signal Beam.

Don't have Manectric lead off as its best role is to clean up the opposing team once its threats are out of the way. I'd go with Lightning Rod over Static so you can get switch into Electric attacks with no damage and you wouldn't want Manectric to be taking damage in the first place anyway.
Mold Breaker would be more preferred to Rivalry since the reduced damage on the opposite gender might cost you the game, and Mold Breaker can help against Levitate and Sturdy. I had mentioned removing Guillotine earlier so replace it with Earthquake to help against Steel and Fairy that would shrug off Outrage. There'd be no point in building up Dragon Dances behind a Substitute if the opponent has a Fairy-type on the field.

Swampert @Torrent (Mystic Water)
Earthquake
Waterfall
Surf
Ice Beam
-- Kept on team for its typing and nice atk. I dont really know what to do for its moves set.
Scald over Surf as the 30% burn chance is incredibly useful. That being said Swampert usually leans on the physical side so Ice Punch over Ice Beam would be better. The item would depend on what you want Swampert to do: unless you're planning to Mega Evolve it it's usually better to give it Leftovers and play it defensively (with Scald for burn and Stealth Rock/Toxic for residual damage).

I'm sleepy now so I'll stop here :p

Ah yeah sorry I meant messaging, that'd be too awkward if we did a call :p

I typed up some stuff on my previous post and I'll add you on Skype if you have any questions. I'm a bit sleepy but I can answer some things if I can :)

Thanks for the help, I'll probably msg you.

Have you considered for Steelix/Ferrothorn using Curse + Gyro ball. The attack boost makes Gyro ball more powerful because it's physical, and the drop in speed makes Gyro ball even more powerful on top of that, plus bulking defense on two really defensive pokes. Ferrothorn hates fire, true, but it can deal with EVERYTHING else. Add water & ground types into the team and you're set.

Hydreigon with Work up likes being a mixed attacker, so i'd throw a special move or two in there too. Say:
Work up
Outrage/Dragon Rush
Dark Pulse
for more special Fire Blast/Tri-Attack or for physical Earthquake/Rock Slide.

OR
combine Draco Meteor with U-turn, effectively nullifying your stat drop, and keep crunch or dark pulse.

Toxicroak likes Dry skin better than Anticipation. For a physical attacker i'd use Poison Jab, Drain Punch, Sucker Punch (really useful against the psychics it's weak to) and a status move like Swords dance or Swagger.
