Any suggestions for the last PKMN on my team?

These guys are on my team for good. I've won plenty of battles where one of them is the last one standing, but I can't find anything that fits the last slot well. I've tried Ampharos(agility, thunderbolt, powergem,signal beam), but without going mega it hasn't done too well. Does anyone have advice? I'm willing to use legendaries as I don't follow Smogon.

You could use a spinner or a defogger. You wouldn't want CharY or Dragonite being easily crippled by rocks. Also 4/5 of your team is weak to BoltBeam. Excadrill would be a good spinner. Skarmory/Mandibuzz/Latios/Latias are good defoggers, though weak to ice. If it's possible Scizor could be your defogger instead.

Also a suggestion leftovers would be better for scizor and Greninja can carry a petaya/salac berry. Focus sash/red card can also work.

Thanks for the suggestions. I did have a skarmory with spikes, stealth rock, whirlwind, and roost which worked good, but if I remember correctly Darmanitan and other fire types ended up wrecking my team. Focus sash would be better on Scizor, as there have been several times when Scizor gets a swords dance in and, for example, brings a charizard down to 50% health or less with bullet punch. The 20% boost from metal powder isn't really worth it. I guess Latias or Latios would be somewhat good, but maybe Mandibuzz would be better with overcoat.

edit- I just found out the shiny latias I got in a trade is 6iv, so I'll see how good it is in battle.
