Any1 need help with catching shinys?

I don't have any luck in finding shinies. I've chained so high I got to 70. Is there anything else I can do?

Stop at 40

then restart pokeradar that will reduce ur chances 1/8000 2 1/400 r 1/200 i can't remember and when u reset at 40 don't go in the grass that's not shiny
