I know this will be deleted, but I don't know what to do. I've looked everywhere, but I can't seem to locate the U.S. battle frontier theme.
Does anyone have it and or the extended verson of it (if there is one)?

That's japanese intro called Battle Frontier, PUSA one should be called Pokemon: Battle Frontier, as they are completely different songs.

Someone had uploaded teh english version fo Lucario and the Mystery of Mew onto youtube which had the extended version on it, but that got like blocked for some reason and the videos weretaken down

Nope. Lucario movie is dubbed by 4kids and use Advanced Battle as opening.
