Anyone have a solar power charmander?

Hello. I just joined this forum desperately searching for this elusive pokemon. Recently, I have gained a DW vulpix and would love a charizard for my drought team. I can provide almost any pokemon excluding legendaries unfortunately, and I do not mind getting specific egg moves for people. I can also give pokerus or even EV train a pokemon with proper nature.

In short, I am looking for a female DW charmander. I have two shinies I can offer: Herdier and Liepard. Both of which are untouched.

I am new and have no idea what I am doing, so I hope that this rambling mess makes some kind of sense.
