I have a few questions, and I am sure a few others of you may do on anything you heard about pokemon that you think may or may not be true, anything you want to know like that, post it here.

My question is this:

A long time ago I heard from somewhere that Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres all evolved from the same pokemon with all three (thunder, fire and water) stones being used on the pokemon at once and this created the three legend birds, and I then heard that it may have been Ho-oh that was this pokemon. (Probably fake what I heard, but Ho-oh is linked to the legendary birds)

My last few questions:

Is it true that in R/S/E, if you beat elite 4 100 times, get to rocket 100 (think it may only need to be past 61 in Emerald) in mossdeep space center (talk to the guy inside the space center who says how many rockets safely launched) go out, touch the white rock, then go back to the guy and he will ask do you want to go up in the next rocket launch, choose yes and you will get to battle jirichi, but its this fake or what? All I know that the white rock outside the space center is Jirichi in its sleeping form.

Also, is there a way to open the locked door in the house in Mossdeep?

This one is fake: In R/S/E, if you bring Rayquaza at lv79 to Professor Birch, he is supposed to show you his bag full of rare candy. Does not happen.

This may be fake also, in R/S/E if you picked Treecko as your starter and have beaten elite 4, you have a chance of catching Suicune which is roaming honenn

Maybe fake: To get Meganium in R/S/E, go to your bed, sit in it for 2 mins, then do the same with your rivals bed, then an earthquake should happen. If you give professor Birch a moonstone after this happens, you'll get the Meganium from him

This is probably bogus too, but I read that if you surf around the waters of Pacifidlog town towards sootopolis, on a rare ocation you'll see a pink boat appear which has some sort of signifigance

And lastly in R/S/E, (this may well be false, can tell it might be), someone told me if you beat the elite 4 100 times (may not have to), and all your party pokemon are lv100, go to the place where you battled Kyrogue or Goudron and use dive. You'll dive and come out at this place and battle a trainer who has all 3 legendary beasts

The Mossdeep door unlocks for e-reader cards...the rest of those are all (terrible) fakes.

Mostly.

The legendary birds are as related as other legendary trios. As in, no, they are not evolved forms of any prevo (especially not Ho-Oh... which is more powerful than all of them anyway!).

No the 100 beat the Elite Four thing is bullshit and always has been. Anything that starts with "IF U BEET DA ELEET 4 A HUNDERD TIEMS" = no.

Sketch got the Mossdeep one.

Why the hell would Birch do that for a specifically level 79 Rayquaza. That's just stupid.

The Suicune if you picked Treecko thing is actually kind of true; in fact it is instead in FRLG where if you pick Charmander and beat the E4, you have Suicune running around Kanto. Likewise for the other two starters and the beasts they're weakened by: Bulbasaur yields Entei, Squirtle yields Raikou.

Meganium is only available by evolving Chikorita after finishing the Hoenn Dex in Emerald. No earthquakes, no giving Birch Moon Stones.

The route between Pacifidlog and Sootopolis has no pink boats, none at all. All it has is the Sky Pillar to the north (after you beat the E4 in RS, and after beating TM and TA in E) and very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very rarely, Mirage Island.

As for the trainer of the legendary beasts... um, no. Absolutely not. Only thing that happens if you go back to the Seafloor Cavern is that GASP you can find Zubat and Golbat and whatever other random cave fodder.

In short.

Do not listen to GameFAQs or any of those other "SECRET CHEET" sites when it comes to in-game Pokémon events. 99.9% are absolute crap, and never work. Welcome to the world of the truck.
