((Hi, I'm new at the forum, but I've been RPing for almost a year now. I hope you like this, it is pokemon based, but it also has to do with the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse))
Apocalypse: Four Forgotten Evils
The world was young when it happened… but I remember it well. The Four Angels, a group of pokemon, were sent to the world to protect it… from the Apocalypse. Their names referred to their powers. Joy, Life, Harvest, and Peace. Soon the world became peaceful, happy, and plentiful. But the leader of the Four Angels noticed a problem. She noticed the world was unbalanced, she knew both human and pokemon took these Angels for granted, and that if it continued, the world would destroy itself. So, she used her power to create the opposite of these Angels, and created, The Four Evils: Strife, Death, Famine, and War. She called upon them wherever the Angels had done their work too well. Wherever the population was too great, Death would take lives. Food was too plentiful; Famine would take the soil’s power. Too much happiness, Strife would put them in their place. But the most powerful of the four was War, though the Goddess rarely called for his powers.
War wasn’t too pleased by this. He felt he was being smothered; he had SO much power, but he wasn’t ever allowed to use it. Eventually he was tired of this honorable duty of balancing the world. He broke free of the seal that kept him entombed. It was supposed to keep him isolated from the world until the Goddess called upon his powers. But she made a grave miscalculation. He used his strength to break the other three free, and persuaded them that they were misusing their gifts. His argument: “We have the power to destroy this world and the next, why waste time protecting it?”
If evil wasn’t tempting there wouldn’t be any. The other three sided with him, and scoured the globe, bringing destruction wherever they went. The Angels, who sensed their presence as soon as they had broke free tried to stop them, and the war they fought ended up destroying all eight of the godly pokemon. The Goddess revived the Angels; using their powers to heal the world they so nearly destroyed. However, instead of giving them their full power, she incarnated them into legendary pokemon, instead of their original godlike forms. Another setback was that they had no memory of their time as the Angels, they had no knowledge of their powers; good things just seemed to… happen around them.
Unfortunately, the Evils were revived as well, though forgotten by the world. Tainted by their dark powers, they remembered all of what they were before, and seek again to destroy the world, and destroy their opposites, the Angels, as well. They no call themselves the Forgotten Evils, for none remember the struggle that they took part in. The goddess now sleeps, unaware of the Evils’ return.
Now the Angels are beginning to have dreams of their forgotten lives, foreshadowing events to come. In order to gain their full memories, they must find the shrine belonging to the Goddess, and use Life’s powers to revive her as well. Unless the Forgotten Evils get to them first.
Things to note:
1) Humans can only be played to a certain extent; I want this mainly to be a pokemon RPG.
2) The Four Angels do not realize the dreams they are having are from their past lives.
3) I will be playing both Death and Life. The rest of you may only play one character, seeing as there aren’t many spots.
4) PACE yourselves. I don’t want the Evils to destroy the Angels before we hit page 3, same goes for the Angels learning of their past selves or finding the Goddess.

Personality: Sweet but shy, Karen has trouble with strangers, really not saying anything unless they come up to her. She is awfully charming though; seeming to always find the right words that someone wants to hear. She will stand up for her friends, hating any manner of bullying. She has a high value of life, believing it to be one of the most precious gifts one can possess. If you say something like “I hate my life”, or “Life sucks”, etc., she will fight back with strong argument. So don’t talk like that around her, its probably the only time you’ll ever see her mad.
Identity: Life (Well, there’s a big surprise. Lol. -bricked-.)
Species: Mew
Odd markings/colorations: none
Name: Shikyo
Gender: female
Personality: She is well versed in her powers, so don’t offend her or she will see fit to use them. She won’t get close to anyone, so don’t even try it. She hates those who cling to life; she finds it to be a waste of time when all are born to die, which is the only real truth she knows. She is strangely loyal to the other three Forgotten Evils; she sees them as her kin, so at least we know she believes in family ties. She can sense Karen, and feels obligated to destroy her opposite, even if it’s the last thing she does, even if she expels her last breath in the desire to kill her.

Species: Latias
Odd markings/ colorations: her eyes are dark lavender instead of the custom yellow, and where a Latias would be red she is grey.
