Finally, the start of my master plan... if only the world would know what i was thinking he he he... said a man, covered in shadows.

"All right you stupid grunts," said the man in a raspy voice to the 10 or so grunts in front of him, "Make sure that no one knew what that was."

The 10 grunts start to go towards the door to search the Island.


OCC: I'm controling the grunts as well as the "man".
 
Dante had arrived in Pallet Town when, in the distance, he saw a huge explosion, then saw some huge waves coming his way. "Shit" He cursed as he scrambled back on the boat.
 
Ryuko watches T.V while eating some lunch in his Underground Base, he then sees the news about the explosion and begins to become curious about the explosion from the area. Surprised, he begins to dig his way back up to the surface.
 
Victor sat on the beach of Fuschia city, enjoying the sun and waves, while his Pokemon played on the shore. His eyes were shaded by sunglasses, even though he was under a large, black umbrella.

Suddenly, Lorelei, his Lopunny, perked up, staring off in the distants, toward Cinnabar Island. Seconds later, a massive explosion sounded off, and the Lopunny's eyes darted to her trainer.

Victor slid his glasses above his eyes and stared curiously into the sea. He stood up, setting his glasses on his chair, and walked out barefoot into the water, stopping once it got above his ankles. Soon, his three Pokemon stood by his side, also staring out into the distance.

Junnichi hung onto his surfboard for dear life, the waves from the explosion pounding out into the water and heading straight for Junnichi, who was spending some time at home in the Seafoam Islands. "Holy crap..." he muttered when he looked in the direction of Cinnabar Island, only a few miles west. He quickly paddled to shore, racing onto the sand and grabbing his bag. 'A few miles...I can do it, if I pace myself. And I have Nentou and Osoi to protect me...and it's not like anyone will miss me, anyway.' As he was about to head back into the water, however, he noticed the half-hourly ferry bound for Cinnabar still sitting at port -- and showing no signs of letting something as small as the island blowing up stopping it from it's course. Jun raced for the dock, scrambling on board just after the gate allowing people on was shut. 'It's a good thing this ride is free...' he thought as the ship slowly pulled out and headed towards the now-ruined Cinnabar.
 
Dante was lucky he got on the boat, for it was pushed onto land when the waves came up. Snatching a moterboat, he then zooming to Cinnabar Island. Or what remained of it. He threw out Susanoo, an elderly Shiftry with a beard reaching to his knees and knots jutting from his arms and legs. "Come on, old man. Let's go." {I still have some life in me...} Susanoo retorted before both jumped out and did leap frog on the rubble, showing that Susanoo was more agile than his age showed. Once on the tallest pile, Dante then looked around and saw a ferry from the neighboring islands of Seafoam.
 
After digging up to the surface, saw some smoke in the sky in the distance and ran to the nearest port in Vermillion City and took a motorboat toward the smoke location.
 
Junnichi got off when the ferry docked, though most of the passengers did not. Considering this ferry also went to Pallet Town, Vermillion, and, Fuchsia City, it wasn't really surprising. He was thankful he'd gotten dressed on the ferry -- the ash which now covered the island would have burned his feet for sure.

Movement in the corner of his eye caught his attention, and Jun looked over to see someone with a Shiftry standing atop another pile of ash. 'Who are they?' he wondered.
 
A large wave sped toward Victor and his Pokemon, but they all four stood, unflinching. By the time the wave reached them, it had only brushed against their chests.

"Where the hell did that come from?" Victor asked no one in particular. He started walking back on shore, his three Pokemon following him. Once they got back onto dry land, Lorelei shook her fur dry, water spraying all over. She hated to be wet, while Victory and Root, being Grass-type Pokemon, didn't mind the water.

"What do you three say we find out what that was about?" The three Pokemon nodded in agreement.

So, Victor beckoned for his personal assistant to rent them a speedboat, and they were off, speeding down the water. Root's leaves blew wildly, and everyone seemed to be enjoying the ride. Their ignorant bliss, however, was destroyed when the charred remains of Cinnabar Island came into view.

They all sat, silenced and in awe, as the boat pulled up along shore.
 
Ryuko eventually arrived at the scene, surprised to see how much ash there was on the ground, he noticed the ash has slightly cooled down and begins to investigate the area with Haunter.
 
"Damn. Who would be either brave or stupid enough to wipe Cinnabar off the map?" Dante asked. {Kid, I smell something.} Dante took a couple of whiffs. "Explosives. Lots and lots of explosives. Someone's sending a message." Dante said. {It would seem so, kid. It would seem so....}
 
Back in the lab just off of the island...

"Sir, we just got word of a break in on he island. What should we do?" Said a grunt to the boss.

"Dang it, just send off two grunts to take care of things!"

A girl grunt with waist long pink hair and was wearing a short mini-dress jumped up and down, yelling, "I wanna! I wanna go!"

The boss just looked at her and nodded. Excitedly, the girl ran out of the romm, looking for the intruders.
 
"Nothing.....but ashes...." Ryoku returned Haunter and then sent out Charizard to take a look from the sky, hoping to find something interesting that may have caused this.
 
Sava, having seen the destruction from Pallet Town raced across the waves on a borrowed speedboat. Within a few minutes he saw the ash-covered scene.
 
Dante and Susanoo kept walking on the rubble that was once Cinnabar Island. Suddenly, something felt very wrong. {... be on guard, kid.} Susanoo warned.
 
Victor was the first to step off the boat, and he slipped on his sunglasses as he walked onto the island, even though everything was as black as night. Soon, his Pokemon loyally began to follow, Lorelei the first to reach her trainer's side. Grace, his assistant, also began to follow, but he held up one of his hands, indicating that she stop.

"You'd better stay here where it's safe and watch the boat, Grace," he said, starting to walk again, "Whoever did this might still be here..." The young woman nodded and returned to the shore, standing ankle deep in the water, watching Vincent and his Pokemon scan the island.
 
Ryoku finds a frightening scene from the sky, he sees some metal shard remains on the volcano edges. "Those shards...could those be part of....an....EXPLOSIVE?!" Knowing that his Charizard can take the heat, he sends it to retrieve the shards.
 
Susanoo revved up a Razor Wind at the voice. {Who's there?!} Susanoo yelled. "Settle down, old man!" Dante said, effectively making him lose charge.
 
Sava pulled up to the side of the island and after checking that the ash-covered ground had cooled enough to walk on stepped onto the island and began exploring.
 
After getting all the shards his Charizard could, Ryoku put them in his bag for some examination later on.
