Hello Arcade and forum regulars, we at the Arcade staff are looking to put together a potential game night for our wonderful users! This event may take some time for planning and organising, but to start we must of course pick what game we are going to play!

Listed here is a selection of some popular party games we have put together. Please note, all of these except Among Us are Switch only, so having access to a Switch is necessary.

  • Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
  • Mario Party Jamboree
  • Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
  • Splatoon 3
  • Among Us

Please feel free to vote in the thread poll for which game you would most like to play! And if you would be interested in a game that isn't listed here, please do leave a comment for what games you would like to see in future events and they will be taken into consideration. Once the votes are collected and we have a winner we will set up a second poll to determine the optimal timezone to play at.

Well, the votes have been collected and it appears that we will be playing Super Smash Bros. Ultimate!

Now we have to decide when to play, and thankfully there is a very handy tool for that called When2Meet. Simply follow the link below, enter an identifying name such as your forum username, select all the time and day blocks that you would be available to play at, and that's it! In a week or so we'll look at the submitted data and determine an optimal exact date and time to have our game night on.

After this next round of voting, it seems the best day and time for our game night is Fridays at 7pm to 10pm GMT. Now, finally, we have to decide on which exact Friday to play at. I have updated the poll to have votes of the next four available Fridays, and the one with the most votes in one week will be when we play Smash! In the event of a tie, earliest date wins.

Okay, the votes are in and since it's a three-way tie, we'll be picking the earlier date as previously stated, which means we will be playing Super Smash Bros. Ultimate on Friday the 20th of December at 7-10pm GMT! I will post here again shortly before the game time with the multiplayer room details, so get yourselves ready!
