The English title of the twelfth Pokémon movie is "Arceus and the Jewel of Life".

Confirmed during a preview shown at the Locarno Film Festival yesterday. Shoko Nakagawa and Kunihiko Yuyama were invited.

The film has been shown this morning, international premiere in English.

EDIT: On Pokebip.com, on the appropriate news/article, you can see on a video the entire segment about Pokémon 12: preview with English narration, Shoko Nakagawa and Kunihiko Yuyama on stage, Shoko Nakagawa's interpretation of "Antenna of the Heart" and trailer of Pokémon 12 subbed in English with the English title of the movie "Arceus and the Jewel of Life".

Impossible. The movie hasn't even been out for a month in Japan and they already dubbed it? I'm pulling Bulba's most infamous argument: Pics or it didn't happen.

They randomly showed the movie without anyone knowing? I didn't heard anything like that is going to happen 0__0 strange...

The movie hasn't even been dubbed, either. Otherwise, that trailer wouldn't have featured the Japanese voice cast or credited Nakagawa Shoko with performing the ending theme (since you *know* that Kokoro no Antena's going to be replaced).

And "confirmed by Pokebeach?" Dude, it was up on Pokebip before that.

Dogasu, it was before on Pokebip because Pokebip knows a member who was at the event !

It didn't seem to be "dubbed early" to me. They just had the trailer in japanese subtitles. There were NO instances of any of the english voice actors dubbing it. Also mention that they do not have an official title logo; it was just the Japanese logo and some words under it saying "Arceus: The Jewel of Life."

At least we see some more clips. But it way to early, if it was dub early then they must of gotten the movie back in march or something. But very unlikely

I literally facepalmed at that so-called "English" trailer. That was just a random guy talking over the trailer. Note how "Pokémon" was pronounced. The title's obviously not confirmed.

Why don't you watch the full 28 minute video before making that conclusion. :p

right, i did, and I liked it, wish there was more English, but it was good. Like the whole introduction about how its so popular and stuff. But it was weird that it was in Switzerland, and the "trailer" was in English.

I did, and I still stick by what I said. It isn't a English trailer released by PCI, just a fandub of the Japanese one. This is no way connected to the English release.

And also, I've always wanted to know why the hell is Shoko Nakagawa featured so prominently in relation to Pokemon nowadays. Did she become the brand ambassador of the franchise or something?

Suddenly, Pokemon Sunday is becoming more and more in tune with the actual franchise. Yes, she is now the new spokesgirl or something. Expect her to have a small role in the next movie as well.

The presence of Yuyama and others at the festival indicates that Nintendo endorses it and the title is therefore official.

It still isn't enough proof. Why would PCI just give out the movie title like that randomly, and that too just a month after the movie got released in Japan? It seems like Yuyama and the others were there to promote the Japanese release, not the dub.
