Arceus, not only japanese

Today, I read on another forum that an Arceus event is due to happen in the US. I'm not 100% sure of course, but the people that said this to me also made note of the Member's Card event long before it was coming (and then they assumed it was European only), so it might be correct. If correct, the event starts in November.
Oh, and here's a source. Oh, and by the way, if they read this, thanks to Ikhana and FireMeowth on the Norwegian pokémon-forum for informing me of this.
 
Well, I'm hoping that we get it, just like Japan did when they released the movie. And that better also mean that we also get Shokoton Pichu.
Things like Arceus and Darkrai are bound to come to the rest of the world eventually, because it'd be pretty cruel of Game Freak to only give it to Japanese players when it's so easy to give it to the rest of the world also.
Well... At least...
How was Arceus given out? Was it via wi-fi? Or was it actual physical events?

Well, we have to get it. Does the Arceus event in HGSS not confirm this?
 
The pokemon website made an announcement about arceus a while ago around the time they announced the members card I think. Don't know the exact date just know it's been up for a while. Just go to pokemon.com to read more about it.

Well, yeah, they made an announcement Arceus exists, which most of us knew anyways.
 
This would be nice, but when do you think the Azure Flute will be over Wi-Fi?
 
I think both is coming. The Movie Arceus as a physical event, were you have to actually go to an event, an the Azure Flute for Platinum (as the Member's Card and Oak's Letter) later on Wi-Fi. It will be interesting to see if an Azure Flute Arceus can unlock the event in HGSS, like the Gamestop Shaymin and the Oak's Letter Shaymin did with the Gracidea.
But I think this is the movie Arceus. Heck, I haven't even got a TRU Regigagas-event her yet.
 
But they wouldn't release the Azure Flute here until after they release it in Japan and they haven't yet. We're still waiting for Oak's Letter.

I doubt it, I think it might be the faitful encounter flag or OT name on the movie arceus that unlocks the event in Platinum and HGSS, if it wasn't anyone could hack the game to get the azure flute and get arceus and use it in HGSS as the event, but because this arceus, you need a physical even t to get it, then its more likley to be the only arceus to unlock the event.

The Oak's Letter Shaymin had a Fateful Encounter flag on it (at least in Japan) and it could unlock the Gracidea just like TRU Shaymin. It's possible, if they ever do release the Azure Flute, that Arceus will have a Fateful Encounter flag, too, and it will unlock the Platinum history lesson and the HGSS Lv 1 Dragon Trio legend event thing.

But it could be the level its incountered that on the fateful encounter flag that triggers it. The Azure flute gives you a lv80 Arceus. The movie arceus is lv100 and it says "met" or "had an fateful encounter at lv[level here]" so if the even requires you to have met and caught a lv100 arceus, it won't be the azure flute one as its lv80

Besides, if it could activate the event, then people who hacked the game and got the azure flute that way to obtain arceus, we would have somehow found out about the Platinum arceus event before it was revealed most likley. Because obtaining the azure flure via an event or hacking, it still gives you the same arceus

Not really. The Fateful Encounter flag can be hacked onto a Pokémon and still activate the event. Any Pokémon with a Fateful Encounter tag can activate its own event if there is one for that specific Pokémon. Forget about Cherish Ball, Classic Ribbon, Level, or moveset. The Fateful Encounter flag is what activates the event. And maybe that proves that Arceus won't have a Fateful Encounter flag if people who hacked the game didn't activate the event.

Does nintendo get off on being a$$holes really? In school they don't give you all the crayons except yellow then the teacher says "hey! only people with a last name starting with J gets a yellow crayon! I'm so kind and cool..."

First of all, Member Card is a [bp=Member Card]Key Item in the games[/bp] which was distributed by Wi-Fi.

Secondly, why are you on a Pokémon forum if you hate Nintendo?
