Contest Archeops Vs Carracosta

Archeops by a long shot. I've always preferred it for being a genuine maniraptoran, to the point it was my all-time favorite for a while. Another thing about Archeops is that its design is a homage to vintage paleoart of Archaeopteryx, which is pretty cool.
 
Carracosta is better. I love the design most of all. It makes me think of them as more of a gentle giant. Archeops is pretty cool too, it's design is very interesting.
 
Archen is cute and Archeops is a total beast. They are very unique, being that they always have one ability that no other pokemon can have, too bad it's a sucky ability. Still there are ways around defeatist, which is what makes it so underrated. So many trainers are afraid of the drawback to Defeatist, they don't get the benefit of using a speedy sweeper to kick ass before it's too weak to fight. The only drawback i don't like is that it is weak to its own type (rock) which i really don't like. Personally for me in White, my Archops is a total trooper. It has taken out so many enemies, flown me around the map so many times and grown so strong for me it really couldn't be beaten. Besides, what beautiful plumage it has too.

Tirtouga and Carracosta both are good, don't get me wrong, but in comparison i find them very average.
 
Tirtouga and Carracosta are excellent. I don't like many Rock-types but they are two of my favourite. I think ever since I realised that Carracosta's shell is meant to look like some sort of bulletproof vest its design became instantly more interesting and appealing to me. I also love the mask on its face. Plus I've had tons of fun using Sturdy + Shell Smash + Weakness Policy. Tirtouga is just really cute and a great design.

I do like Archen, it ranks fairly high amongst Rock-types too for me. Not fussed for Archeops though.
 
I prefer Carracosta, he has a better design. Archeops looks like like it fell into a paint bucket. Plus, Archeops has the worst ability this side of Slaking.
 
Archeops. I raised one in my Black playthrough and it wrecked pretty much everything it came across. Defeatist is a big problem, but with Archeops' high BST (567!) I think it's a reasonable drawback.

Not that I dislike Carracosta, I've just not raised one and prefer Archeops' design.
 
Archeops easily. Yes, Defeatist is horrible, but it looks cooler and is fast and hits harder, not to mention a wide movepool. I still like Carracosta, though.
