Or should I say, are carnivorous Pokemon all omnivores? I doubt seemingly herbivorous Pokemon are omnivores.

We've seen multiple entries about Pokemon hunting other Pokemon, and entries about Pokemon eating stuff other then "regular" food(ores, sunlight, etc).

But a lot of those Pokemon have been shown to eat vegetation such as apples.

not all pokémon are omnivores. Some are herbivores.

That's not what he asked.

I'm not sure if we will ever get a direct answer, but it is hard to imagine a Pokemon being strictly carnivorous. If there are any Pokemon based off real word animals that are, then maybe.

In the games, all Pokémon can consume berries, even the inorganic ones like Magnemite.

Of course, if it were based in real life, it would make alot more sense if all Pokémon had varied diets which ranged from species to species, including obligate carnivores. But for gameplay reasons, all Pokémon can benefit from items in the same way.

I think they are probably omnivorous but thinking of Rabbits even herbivores eat not plant food
