Lets be honest, who here, goes on a wifi game and when its clear there losing press power or hit there own Pokemon, lets be honest, my wifi isn't set to DS but I bet I would get angry but I would never rage quit.

When I do Wi-Fi battle, and I'm in a tight situation, I take it like a real trainer. Accept your defeat, learn from your mistakes, and move on, right?

Thanks.

I am definitely, not a rage quitter when doing a Wi-Fi battle on Pokemon. Even when I'm having a bad day when playing online on Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, I never turn off my DS, if I come across an opponent that quit on my right before I receive my points, then I get really mad, it's so annoying and frustrating -_-"

I don't play much Wi-Fi, but when I'm about to lose a Online-Chess match I usually quit, so yes I'm a rage quitter.

i am, and that person who was battling me usually ends up in the news the following day found dead.

I get frustrated, maybe turn my DS off after the score's come through, but I'm not the type of guy to turn it off whilst the battle's going on... that's just a bit mean on the guy who's beating you :p

I only quit if I find the person to be an obvious hacker, to save my own cartridge... fortunately that has yet to happen.

Nope, i was going to do it, but i didn't XD;

I don't think i will. i'll accept defeat.

Usually not, though I hate it when people try to use legendaries or obviously cheated pokemon :nono:

on Shoddy, I might. I had this one really ridiculous battle on Valentines day though, that went kinda like this.

mid-battle, turn 1:
My pokemon got fully paralyzed!
The opponent's pokemon got a critical hit!

turn 2:
My pokemon used draco meteor!
the move missed!
The opponent's pokemon got a critical hit!
my pokemon fainted!

turn 3:
[I send out my second pokemon]
My pokemon used Stone Edge!
the move missed!
The opponent's pokemon used Thunder Wave!

turn 4:
parahax for me, crit for the opponent

turn 5:
see turn 4

turn 6:
two of my pokemon has fainted due to complete HAX...

RAGE QUIT TIME

seriously, that was the most fucked up battle ever. I've not played shoddy since, because that was the fucking gayest thing that has ever happened to me in pokemon. Seriously.

edit: what made it even worse was that two guys were laughing at me for getting haxed. Stupid noobs.

The only valid reason to ragequit is if the other player is cheating. Otherwise, grow up.

I love games that count ragequits as losses, btw.

I hehehe I throw the ds outside the window ad watch it hit and crash on someone.

It's tempting sometimes, especially with cheaters, but I always see a battle through. Once in a while I'll win one that seemed like a sure lose!

nah, i accept my losses. My brother on the other hand... well, we never did finish my first battle using my Arceus.

I always like to see a battle though, except with almost impossible-to-beat cheats (such as Wonder Guard Sableye or Spiritomb. Only way to beat them is to foresight/odor sleuth and follow with a fighting move).

One time I was on PBR in a double battle. I was down to my last Pokemon, Mamoswine. My opponent had 3 left, but I somehow managed to win (even survived a Salamence fire blast). Always see a battle out to the end is what I say, it's never over 'till it's over :)
