Undecided. pokemon game is likely to be spin off.

After launch. Will need to save up some money because console in South America are expensive

I really want the Switch at launch. But I don't have enough money for it. So after launch.

Could just request it for my birthday. :p

I doubt any of the 2017 games will interest me, aside from possibly Detective Pikachu (if it's ported) which should have a 3DS version, anyway.

Hopefully Ni no Kuni 2 will get a Switch port in 2018, and Game Freak will release something more interesting that year than remakes.

No I don't think so.
Because I think the Switch prices is too high for me, as a casual gamer...

So no Switch for me. Not in the near future.

If there's a pokemon game and if this pokemon star rumor is true on nintendo switch, I might get it on fall 2017, or early 2018

Yep, you can't wait to get either on late 2017 or early 2018, that what I would do

It depends. I might buy it if I get the money and depending on how much I want certain games. I am interested in playing Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, since I hear its really good, so I might save up for a Switch once I get a job. And a Wii U, because I want to buy some VC games from it.

The only thing i'm playing on Nintendo switch is Pokemon, you think it's a waste of money if I don't buy another game to Switch besides pokemon?

I might buy nintendo switch, but not when it releases, probably late 2017

Not at launch. I haven't gotten as much use out of my Wii U as I would have liked

Not likely, since I usually buy consoles near the end of their lifecycle. And besides, I already have a massive backlog of games to begin with... no need to make it even bigger!

EDIT: Unless it launches for $200 with a killer launch window game, that is, but I feel that I really need some more official information about the Switch - and its games in particular - before I can truly think about something like that. So I guess you could say that I'm actually undecided on it, but it's still probably going to take a lot to convince me to get it in 2017.

I actually started a savings program. Once every Sunday (excluding this coming Sunday as I took it out today instead), I'm withdrawing $10 and putting it in my safe. By the time my birthday comes, I'll have enough for it and (probably) a couple games too. :D

Not unless there's at least one Zelda, one Fire Emblem, and one Pokemon game. Preferably Golden Sun too. Oh, and a decently sized library, and not the sorry excuse of Wii U where even Zelda and Pokemon took a back seat. I *may* get Super Mario Galaxy 3, but only if the crew decides to give the middle finger to that conservative dinosaur (Shigeru Miyamoto) again, and decide to write a story that goes way beyond rescuing either the sissy-girl dago (Luigi) or the stupid bitch (Peach) for the nth time, you know, like how Galaxy 1 was.

I hope that most of these games are confirmed. That would be a killer lineup for the Switch! :D

Assuming a port of Super Smash Bros for Wii U is released during the first year of the console's lifecycle (as current reports are suggesting) then yeah, I probably will get the Switch at some point in 2017.

The only things that might change this are if the Xbox One Scorpio winds up being very expensive (~$600) or if I feel that buying a PS4 would give me more bang for my buck.

Ill get one eventually. It appears that it will have a number of games Id like but I doubt they'll all be out around launch.
