Are you going to watch Best Wishes?

I've been wondering, since I haven't watched the anime much lately, but am strongly considering resuming watching it when Best Wishes starts. What about you guys?

I enjoyed DP so I believe that I will enjoy BW. It's a yes from me.

DP set a high standard for Pokemon for me, so I believe BW will be even better.. Yes, I will be watching it.

I've always watched the anime. I've missed a few episodes in each series, but still. From what I've seen, BW will be amazing and I can't wait for it to start. The fifth generation is really a giant leap for Pokémon, games and anime wise.

I stopped watching during advanced. But started again in DP and will keep going into Best Wishes.

I've never been a fan of yes/no polls. They don't do a question justice. Especially considering my answer is usually "sometimes" or "maybe".

But anyway, I missed most of Kanto and the Orange Islands and Johto and Hoenn and watched the first half of DP because by that point I'd finally gotten a DVR.

I'm probably going to watch Best Wishes subbed, though.

I actually missed some of the Johto ones when they started showing them on weekdays, and most of the BF ones, but I've gone back through and watched them through various methods.

There's no way I'm missing this season. It looks a lot better than the last one even.

Aaahh!! So many options in the poll LOL, well any ways I've watched the anime since the Kanto days and am going to watch Best Wishes. Matter of fact I am more excited for ths series than I have been in the past.

I watched all eps in the Hebrew version since the beginning, I watched Seasons 1-2, 10-12 in English and hopefully soon will continue my rewatch and watch 3-9 too
Since the first ep in Japan that used "Spurt" as the opening (BF Scizor ep) that aired back at March 2006 I watched every new ep that aired in Japan
So yes, I'll continue to watch every new ep that airs in Japanese, English and Hebrew

Big fat hell yes on my part. DP was great and I have a feeling that BW will be an amazing series.

I've watched the anime ocassionly, but I know I'll watch BW. I really want to see how Ash will do without Brock.

I think I'm really looking forward to the new, slightly different visual style. It looks...like more thought is put into it. Some episodes of DP looked like the animators didn't really care, to be honest. I like Ash's new eye style, and I'm hoping he'll be tolerable in Best Wishes (I've never really liked him for some reason).

Just look at Iron Tail... it's actually... an iron tail! Not a tail that randomly glows in simple white light... or check out Yanapu's Bullet Seed... just awesome!

I suggest watching at least the first few episodes of this series, before making any comparisons to the previous ones.

Diamond and Pearl was great, imo, but some people might not have liked the pacing. The information on the official website promises that Best Wishes will be "faster paced than Sinnoh."

If you have watched the latest trailers, you would notice the difference in animation and graphic styles. Ash's eyes, for example, are now similar to the other characters'. In addition, Pikachu's Iron Tail is now literally a tail of steel.

It's true that we know very little about Best Wishes, other than who the characters and some of the pokemon are. We have little information as to how Iris will meet up with Ash and her contributions to the group, for example.

Things will be handled a lot differently from Diamond and Pearl, especially since the contest aspects of the anime seemed to have disappeared off the map.

I suggest watching the first few episodes to get a glimpse of how this particular series will be handled.

Yeah, I'll probably always keep turning the dial over to the ol' 'Pocket Monster Light and Picture Show' on the magic box.
I don't really care if Ash loses leagues, or starts fresh every time, or takes his eyes out of their sockets before replacing them with new ones, or whatever. I love cartoons and seeing my favourite game characters animated, and the show's always been good at providing both of those points.

I am considering phazing out of the forums side of things though. Starting to get a bit too old for this, methinks.
