Arezu debuts her new Summer-themed Seasonal Sync Pair with Basculegion in Pokémon Masters EX in a set of Seasonal Scouts

Arezu (Summer 2026) & Basculegion are making their playable debut in Pokémon Masters EX today in a set of Seasonal Scouts alongside the continuing Sea's Legend and Raging Souls Story Event. The Arezu Seasonal Scout and Arezu Seasonal Tiered Scout will run through to July 21st, at 10:59pm (PDT). while the associated Arezu Seasonal Featured Ticket Scout, and Arezu Seasonal Guaranteed Ticket Scout meanwhile will run through to July 28th, at 10:59pm (PDT).

Arezu (Summer 2026) & Basculegion are a Ghost-type Tech Role Sync Pair with a Strike (Physical) EX Role. When raised to 6★ EX, Arezu's outfit adopts the same darker palette as Basculegion, with a dark green top over a pink dress.

This sync pair has an unusual array of skills designed to take advantage of when your team is in a pinch after your defensive support is KOed. Whenever an ally on their team faints, their Physical Moves ↑ Next and Special Moves ↑ Next effects are increased by 10 ranks, and (a maximum of twice per battle) their Sync Move countdown is reduced by nine, allowing for powerful retaliatory strikes. When they are the final Pokémon left standing, their Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, and Speed are all increased by 50%, and their moves and Sync Move are also powered up. Their Buddy Move, Souls' Repose Last Respects, is also powered up the more fainted Pokémon are on their team. More details about the sync pair can be found on Bulbapedia.

The Arezu Seasonal Scout gives players bonus presents for the first three times players perform a Sync Pair Scout ×11, awarding Tech Move Candy Coins each time. The Scout also includes a daily discount, where players can perform a single scout for ×100 paid gems. As the name suggests, these daily discounts can be used 1 time per day during the entire length of the scout.

In addition to the regular Seasonal Scout, players can also take advantage of an Arezu Seasonal Tiered Scout. This scouts has ten tiers, each of which is a Sync Pair Scout ×11. Players are able to scout once on each tier by using Paid Gems, with the amount of gems increasing with each tier. Additionally, Tiers 5 and 10 of the Scout grants the player special tickets to use in the associated Arezu Seasonal Featured Ticket Scout and Arezu Seasonal Guaranteed Ticket Scout.
