Due to a flaw in the way MediaWiki and Apache parse article titles, the characters ? and & are prone to cause problems.

On our last host, we had problems with ?. On our current host, we have problems with &.

Here is a list of articles with problematic titles currently:

(Those specific URLs will work. However, others, such as these ones do not.)

If we move them to titles with "... and ...", we will still need to go back and change all the links.
