GEN VI: Articuno and Diancie

I'm looking for a shiny Articuno specifically, but a non-shiny would be fine too. Articuno is the main pokemon that I'm currently looking for, but I'm also looking for an english Diancie. If it's possible, I would like the Articuno to be a timid nature and the Diancie to be a Relaxed nature.

Please let me know if you can help me out with these pokemon, or even one of them.
