I don't expect this to pick up like a Katamari ball, but let's try this some other way.

So whether or not Ash going to pick up the chick or not, -_- well, that won't stop you from making this pretty bad, since only blockade to an amicable decision is rock solid (meaning: all's fair, except what's not). We've even got leaks from Corocoro, so we know of her very general sprite design.

So, suggestions? Reasons would be nice; bullshit answers are not.

And no, not Whiteshipping. It's taken.

This isn't going to be an immediate decision, for the record. I also regret that this headache is already here. I alsoALSO regret at how unpretty this can (and probably will) end.

I'll agree with Achromic, since I honestly just wanted to get it over with... Is it really such a big deal that we haft to start a thread though? Just questioning... Sorry if I gave you a headache but I personally wanted to get it out of the way... besides, achromic won't give a big arguement will it? For our own sake can we just agree?

I actually like the name Achromicshipping. It's got a neat ring to it. Plus, as a somewhat funny note, that'l make the 4 "Main-Ash" 'shippings spell out PAPA.

Othelloshipping was the first thing I thought of when I thought about this ship. Othello (aside from being a Shakespearean play, lol) is a game with black and white pieces, it can be pretty competitive, it involves strategy and observation , something that Ash has been doing in his battles recently....meh, I just like the ring to it.

There have been incidents in the past (the most recent being Pearl/Lagomorph/Fortune) that caused a honkin' kerfluffle. <.< Because they didn't know (or want to know) if the 'ship was named already by the time they started going for it. It's how Shinoushipping exists. Getting it done with now and getting it around means, "Oh, okay." instead of "OMG WTF NO."

In theory, anyway.

This wasn't a slight against you (if Whiteshipping wasn't taken, I would have made sure it was that ASAP, once you brought it up); I'm just terrified that when these games come out, it'll be 2006/7 all over again. 9_9 It needed a name, leik, yesterday.

Of course she'll be in the anime! Every other girl was. Exept for Leaf but she was a Remake. (kinda)

We don't. This isn't the first time it's happened, either.

The same thing was done with Dawn and Lucas, once the names of Diamond and Pearl were released. Within a few days of the name release for the titles, Fortuneshipping was coined. And once we knew what the girl looked like, Pearlshippng eventually came about. And we have an idea of what she'll look like, since we have overworld sprite images.

Because chances are, if she isn't Ash's next squeeze, she'll cameo somehow.

I'm just here for the lulz, I don't intend to ship this until the girl appears and my mind registers them as compatible.

I also like Sonic's idea of Othelloshipping. Achromic/achromatic sounds like a mouthful, so I'm not really up for having to say that every time the 'ship is brought up.

I'd really rather not have the new girl team up with Ash, so maybe this'll all be null and void anyway.

Apology: When I read Othelloshipping, I assumed the play (which is about a black guy and a white lady being in love, and the scandal associated with that).

I like Capshipping xDU. That makes reference as Ash as the new girl :3. Names like monochromeshipping or acrhomicshipping only makes reference to the new girl and not to Ash xDU

I'll wait how the new series or the new region will be called before deciding a name xDU I suppose that the Shipping will be called like the new series, As Advanceshipping, Pearlshipping and even Pokeshipping :3
