Ash, Meyer and Mega Blaziken

So, I Have a Question:
When Ash reached Lumiose City, when he started his journey in the Kalos region, He saw Blaziken, meaning Meyer knew Ash was going to arrive. Also he arrives whenever the group is danger (of course he would), but I think that Meyer knew Ash before Ash reached Kalos..........How?? How only him, and not his children..??

So, I Have a Question:

Also he arrives whenever the group is danger (of course he would), but I think that Meyer knew Ash before Ash reached Kalos..........How?? How only him, and not his children..??

When Ash jumped off Prism Tower its on news live. Serena was watching it right? It wasn't really hard for Meyer to show up at the scene, all he needs to do is change up and rush to the scene.

And during Mega Mewoth Mech and Dark Clembot episodes, I think Meyer is most likely stalking (more like protecting) Clemont and Bonnie as they are still around Lumiose City.

However, when Ash arrived in Lumiose City, I am not sure why he is there, maybe its like his way to entertain travelers to the region, or maybe its just pure coincidence (but I think the former is more likely). I don't think Meyer know Ash beforehand.

Blaziken mask was probably doing some superhero work at the airport or they just added Mega Blaziken jumping off of the flight control tower so that they can show off the debut of a Mega Evolved Pokemon in the anime in a cool way.

This can be the theory, but don't know why, i have a strong feeling that this is a plot they will somehow start, after the kalos league, when after the league gets over, a party is thrown in lumiose city and Meyer reveals that he knows him before hand

Maybe he is Ash's father, who ran away with his two other kids, settled in Kalos, and now wants his family to reunite. Ash, Clemont and Bonnie are all siblings......

What if Blaziken Mask was just doing routine patrolling around the city and he ended up at the airport at the same time Ash's flight arrived, and came to check because he heard Ash shouting and came to check if he someone was in trouble.
