ooooo this one's tricky. Both are female so that makes attract void, leaving Snivy with only grass moves. Bayleef has a few normal type moves so she can do a bit more damage. A body slam on Snivy might be rough. Though Snivy is fast, but that could be cut down with sweet scent. Snivy's a bad ass though. so, um, Draw?
 
I think Bayleef wins this one, mainly because all of Snivy's attacks are Grass type while Bayleef has a few Normal type attacks. Attract won't work since both are female and Snivy's swift movements could easily be stopped by a Sweet Scent.
 
Bayleef. For the simple reason that she's female and Attract won't work. Snivy is horrible!
 
Bayleef is a female, therefore snivy's instant win button AKA attract has no effect. GG smugleaf.
 
Bayleef has been trained a whole load more and also Snivy only has Grass attacks against Bayleef!
