many fans consider charizard ashs stongest pokemon. theres even a fb group to prove it. (lol) countless hours of training at the charific valley made it super strong. He has the most moves out of any pokemon ash owns. Ash only calls upon his power for high stakes battles and i think the only times ash was let dow was vs. brandon (he won anyway) and vs ritchie and harrison (caused ash to loose the legue.)

The original little guy who has become ash's best buddy. usually if charizard isnt #1 for u its pikachu. he does super powered electric moes wich are super effective against charizard. He does decently in all the leagues.
