Glion. Fukamaru has no personality whatsoever and the producers never used its screentime to develop one.
 
Gible has a personality, mainly that he's kinda stupid and likes to bite things and is rather hilarious. Though I'm not sure why a lack of a personality would affect a battle with Gliscor. But in a head to head, I'd go with Gliscor
