Ash's Pikachu in Gen IV for Event in Gen V

I have an Ash's Pikachu that I'm trying to get rid of before I restart my HeartGold. I would really like some sort of event pokemon in return for it, so feel free to make an offer.

If you're wondering, it does have the Light Ball, and it is UT.
